The hotel is showing its age, especially the sound proofing and furniture need improvement but a good price for the service and location.
Small but clean room, comfy bed. Average breakfast nothing extraordinary. Stuff was frendly. Little bit far from the city center

Old fashioned rooms, old fashioned toillets, no bar service at night
Double size rooms don't have much room other than for the bed itself and the bathroom. Good looking hotel, not only the rooms but the rest of it. Good breakfast. And not far away from city center (about 20 min walking)
Lovely old 70s styled hotel. All details have well preserved look and still great quality because everything is well maintained and clean. Airco in room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Friendly staff. Good parking space, hotel positioned perfect from city centre. Metrostation is about 150 meters from hotel.
All in all a great hotel in my opinion.
Lobby, bar and restaurant area are great and very welcoming. Staff is wonderful and the breakfast is great and very sufficient. Location is also great, and parking on site is free.
One could say that the rooms are on the older side, and they be correct, but they are still very functional and complete. Good airco and mini fridge, comfortable bed and complete bathroom.
Only sidenotes I would give,
For those reliant on WiFi, don't expect it to work well, unstable signal and overall slow.
For those who are light sleepers, place can be noisy and also the nearby street bleeds some noise.
Both where non-issues for me, but they can be for you
